Meet the DJs                                                                                                                                          Shawn Duross is the owner of Mixed Up DJs. He is 20 and a Junior at the New England School of Communications in Bangor, Maine studying AV Tech and Radio. During the summers Shawn works at Funtown USA in Saco, Maine operating the Astrosphere. If you don't know what the Astrosphere is, Shawn will be more than happy to explain it to you. He also works on his college radio station and has a weekly airshift during the school year. He started with Mixed Up DJs early in 2009. He doesn't do all of our events, but is thrilled when he gets to help out. He knows everything there is to know about setting up and running our gear. He is a great help when we're together, or when one of us can't make it to an event. He loves being able to work with his big brother, and loves being a DJ. Ryan DellaCioppa joined the team at its first event in 2006. He assists with setup and take down, and also helps operate the lights during gigs. He has always been helpful to the group. As he has grown up he has pulled away from Mixed Up DJs, but whenever he is available, he likes to jump in and help out. Always full of energy and personality, he is a great DJ and loves the opportunity to be one.
