BOOKING AN EVENT WITH MIXED UP DJs
When booking an event for Mixed Up DJs it must be done through the "Book Us" page at www.mixedupdjs.net. This page is found at www.mixedupdjs.net/bookus
Any contacts by phone, e-mail, or an alternative form of contact will be asked to goto the website. Any events, including those pre-discussed by other means of communication, that are not requested through the "Book Us" page at www.mixedupdjs.net may not be accepted.
SHORT NOTICE EVENTS
All events must be booked at least one week in advance. If a client needs to book an event with less than one week notice they must contact the DJs using the "Contact" page at www.mixedupdjs.net. The DJs will review the time and date and reply with a decision as to whether or not they will be available for the short notice date. If permission is granted the client must then go to the "Book Us" page at www.mixedupdjs.net and fill in all the required information the same as a regular event. If the client does not follow up by filling out the "Book Us" form the event may not be accepted. At the discretion of the DJs a $40 short notice charge may be added to any events booked with less than a one-week notice.
CANCELATIONS
If a client has booked an event and needs to cancel, they must inform the DJs by e-mail or phone no later than 24 hours before the event. If the event is canceled within 24 hours a cancelation charge of $50 will be billed to the client. This is at the discretion of the DJs. If the client is charged for canceling but books another event within 2 months, $25 of the cancelation charge will be credited to the bill for the new event.
NO NOTICE CANCELATIONS
If no notice is given and the DJs arrive at the location of the canceled event, the client may be charged the full rate for the event. If the event is booked again within 2 months a credit may be added to the bill for the new event. This is all at the discretion of the DJs.
